RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit within 14 DAYS of receiving them. Items may only be returned for store credit, which may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. If an item is available for a straight exchange, the option will appear while completing a request through our returns portal. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Return requests will be approved/denied within 2-3 business days. Please wait for email confirmation before shipping your package. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent via email. Please email returns@sweetteeandhoney.com with any questions/concerns.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued.
- All original tags must be attached.
- ALL SALE ITEMS, AND JEWELRY (EARRINGS, NECKLACES, ETC.) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITHOUT NOTICE.
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA EMAIL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Sweet Tee & Honey can no longer be responsible. Sweet Tee & Honey will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
Please note that store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Holiday Return Policy
We are happy to offer an extended return period through the holiday season! All purchases made on or after November 19, 2021 must be received by Sweet Tee & Honey by January 8, 2022 or within 14 days of delivery date, whichever comes later. All other return guidelines remain intact, including our store credit policy. Please refer above for general return guidelines.
